STEP 2: Pack and seal your item
Pack and seal your item in a delivery satchel or box. Your item must be in original saleable condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags and any other attached (unless faulty).
STEP 3: Post your item back to us
Drop your returns parcel off at any Post office so we can safely track its journey. We’ll let you know once your return has been successfully processed. Find your nearest post office.
Please note that original postage costs will not be reimbursed unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be incurred by Mipow. Once your return has been approved, our Customer Service Team will be in touch to organise a reimbursement.
